While Deedee was in Florida going to the Underground Auction, she a man named Oman. She was actually having breakfast at an IHOP when she was approached by Oman who told her, "I know who you are." Long story short, Deedee invited the man to sit with her for a few minutes, during which she found out that he was an apprentice conjurer who had been working on many projects. To prove this to her he gave her this piece. The piece in question was created by Oman and summons the presence of Munkir and Nekir who are dark angels from Adhab-Algal, the Mohameddan purgatory.
This piece, which conjures the dark angels in shapeless form is created as vengeance magic. When you call upon the duo they will cast revenge upon those who have done you wrong. All you need to say is a name while you are wearing this piece and you can consider it as good as done. Death will not become anybody by the hands of this magic.
