Since ancient times the High Order of Sorcery has existed. It began with the ancient secrets of the Sumerians and has continued to grow throughout the thousands of years that it has existed. The Order is led by a single person who has access to all the magic that has ever been created and sourced by the Order. He heads up a council of 13 that advise him on all matters of magic and sorcery. They are called the Sovereigns. The responsibility of the Sovereigns is to travel the world and find or create magic that can then be kept by the Chancellor, which is the formal name of their leader. They stop at nothing to gain the favor of their Chancellor and present him with the most powerful magic. The ministry is set up as such: the person who brings the most powerful magic to the Chancellor becomes a high-level initiate with more access to more powerul magic.

Enter the dagger that we have. First of all, let me just say that this dagger has been very well kept. You will not find another dagger like this one. I mean, you might find replicas and lookalikes, but you will not find another one exactly like this. This dagger was sanctioned by the Chancellor for the Council of 13 to use in what they called the Ritual Draco. The Ritual Draco was a ritual in which the members of the Council of 13 and their orderlies would slay dragons that they caught that were completely bound by magic and at their mercy. These dragons, both large and small, would be bound by magical wards that put them under the control of the sorcerer that had captured them. This dagger would then be used to both kill and let the blood of the captive dragon. This blood would then be used in rituals to create magic that they would present to the Chancellor.

There was one member of the Council of 13 who seemed to have a problem with the councilors treatment of dragons. She was the lone member of the Council until she went rogue. After seeking out possession of the Ritual Draco dagger, she completely went rogue. I'm talking about she went completely off the grid. Without the dagger that was used to kill the dragons, we figured the council would no longer be able to perform the rituals that killed the dragons. She was right for a while, but only until the council figured out a way to create a new dagger to do the same thing that the previous one did. Present-day, the only way that this new dagger can be used is in the presence of the Chancellor, which is why I told you that you will never find another relic like this one. There were only ever two made. We have one, the council has the other.

We only know this because the rogue Councilor, named Ufaris, sought us out to help her. First, we had to take the locator spell that was placed on the dagger off of the dagger for the obvious reason of the council sending their orderlies to collect her for treason against eh Chancellor and to fully implement the use of the dagger once again. It wasn't that she was afraid of the fact that she might be found, she simply didn't want the killing of the dragons to go on any longer. It's funny how the world works, because not only is the Ritual Draco still being performed, but she has obviously lost her spot on the council and not much has changed. It is the thought that counts.

For our help, she simply turned the dagger over to us. This dagger no longer has the ability to harm dragons. She made sure of that. However, with the blood of the many dragons that have been suffered demise at the behest of the Council with this dagger, this piece is capable of great magic. First and foremost, there is not a species of dragon that whose blood has not been shed by this knife. Using this pice you are able to summon any type of dragon that you want or need. They will come to you in their spiritual form, either showing themselves to you in a humanoid shape or simply communicating with you telepathically. How you use this piece really depends on you. There are MANY different types of dragons that can be summoned. These dragons embody MANY different types of magic that they can grant to you. My suggestion is that you really do your homework on this one and research the types of dragons that there are so that way you know the type of dragon that you wish to summon.

This piece will work time and time again. The best part is that it requires no blood whatsoever. Again, Ufaris made sure of that. She was done with the bloodletting and sacrifices where humans and creatures had to die in order to create magic. When using this piece you will simply take the dagger out of its sheath and stab it directly into the ground while calling out the type and kind of dragon that you wish to summon. You sell, all the dragons that were slain remain in a spirit realm that was created upon their death. The doorway must be open for them to come to you. Stabbing this knife into the ground creates that doorway. The dragon will come to you, they will communicate with you. It might take some time, but they will grant you what you have asked for. I don't think that I have ever experienced a dragon piece that is more powerful than this one, so the results that you have should be astounding. During testing, we were able to summon seven different types of dragons-- one was a wyvern, one was a fire breathing dragon that was able to grant us wealth, and one was a dragon of the Orient that grants us ancient Oriental magic. However, as I told you this dagger has seen the blood of every species of dragon there is and there are hundreds of them all with different powers. So, it looks like you have some work to do and then uses this piece to summon the dragon of your choice!
