The magic in the piece was developed by one Isaac of Holland. He was an alchemist in the 15th Century, about whom little is known. He most likely preferred it that way. However, do not allow the fact that little is known about him in history books diminish the fact that he was a very powerful sorcerer who was well-versed in many different kinds of alchemy. You just have to do your research in order to find his magic. He has written under many different pen names and pseudonyms specifically because he didn't want people to find out who he really was. For those he trusted most, he developed a tiny mystery school, which wasn't much of a school at all. Rather, it was just a covert dwelling he built in the woods, where he would teach his pupils how to use the magic that he had developed.
One of the things that he would teach his students in this secret confines was the ability to summon angels and demons in the true form. In doing so, he was able also to siphon the powers of these angels and demons. He wasn't much of a dark arts type of person, but he had enough common sense to realize that demons do hold a lot of powers an knowledge, such as the information dealing with the End Times. Conjuring angels should be self-explanatory. Why wouldn't you want to conjure angels? They old unadulterated white light powers that have been given to them by God. You can summon angels for white light healing, for wealth, to find true love, to give you psychic abilities, to allow you to change your destiny, to bring you the bloodline of the Christ Child, etc.
Centuries later and this piece still holds the knowledge and the ability to conjure as it was shown by Isaac of Holland. It grants you the ability to summon angels and demons, but you will have to do some homework with this piece. You will have to research which angel or demon you want to summon and the powers that you want them to grant for you. Other then that, the rest of the magic is in this piece. You will simply wear it and call out the name of the entity that you wish to summon three times. The entity will come to you, granting the powers that you request of it!!
