The Four Guaridan's of Solomon's Knot | STAR
Solomon's Knot is one of those symbolic glyphs that doesn't really get enough representation, especially because what is out in the open is only really skin deep. Solomon's knot, as far as what the books say, is primarily thought to be a symbol of eternity or continuity. That is true, but like I said, that's not all.
Solomon had four trusted superior guardians, all of which were embodied with the power of several higher demons. That is why the symbol, though consisting of two infinite loops, still forms a cross with a total of four branches. It appears this way no matter how it is drawn to represent the constant reign of the Four. The Four were empowered with immortality, which they gained from Solomon himself. Of all the people under him, these four were the sole individuals with whom he distinctively chose to share his immortality. That is because they each embodied a part of him. In order for him to live forever, they must also live forever.
The word horcrux may come to mind but this is neither Harry Potter nor a joke. They actually exist and there are people who sustain immortality this way due to immortality not always being a case of just living forever with a convenient 'on and off' switch when you decide you've lived long enough. Some forms of immortality demand compensation in the darkest of forms. Solomon's immortality actually consisted of three forms - physical, spiritual and external. In other words, Solomon can never rest even if he chooses that he no longer desires immortality because that is what he bought during his mortal life before his ascension. Creating these beings was the last step to secure that fact. Now, before you get the wrong idea, the build up for this piece will not lead you to this form of immortality. We promise you that Solomon's immortality is not one that you want to mess with. It's too dark.
The main focus is the Four that makes up Solomon's Knot. We found that these guardians - these superior four - were formed from four humans. It is unclear when or why these four were chosen but we do know that they were immortal once and Solomon chose them specifically. Whether they were family, close friends or loyal soldiers - we don't know. They have been created through ultimate expressions of loyalty, most of which included rituals during which the four would be required to mutilate themselves as complete acts of loyalty. The rituals were disturbing and the required brutality of them is what makes this form of immortality soulless and undesirable. What you essentially become in exchanged for your humanity is a demon.
It is unknown how many of these rituals were performed - we don't dabble in this type of magic - but we do know that the last ritual required each of the Four to rip their own eyes from their skulls, cut their ears from their heads and sew their mouths completely shut. The purpose of this was the physical, emotional and spiritual agreement to the following:
1. We, under Solomon, will not speak his secrets, spread evil upon his name nor wish ill upon he who is our priority of existence.
2. We, under Solomon, will not condone the existence of any other voice other than that of our Master.
3. We are Solomon and all that he sees, we see and thus will not look upon anything that our Master does not allow of us.
We know that is how he continues to live to this day. He lives within a different body with a different face to his own but he is alive. We know this because, during our testing phase of this piece, we did try multiple times to conjure Solomon and more recently we have not been able to despite having done so in the past. This means that he is, once again, alive in the flesh.
This piece is linked to these four and it was created upon the completion of the ritual of the Four. It is how Solomon controlled and monitored his guardians. It is likely that he lost track of this piece when he left his body and ascended into spiritual form. As said before, it is only recently that we have reason to believe that Solomon has come to exist in spiritual form once more.
With this piece, you will be able to summon the guardians to you. They will appear before you, not as mutilated mortals, but spiritual creatures with jackal-esque faces. You will notice that they each bear the symbol of Solomon's knot upon their faces. Their eyes will be hollow and they will never speak to you verbally, always telepathically. They speak to no one that does not have this piece. You can ask from them each whatever it is that you need. Though, keep in mind that immortality is not recommended. We do not know what sort of answer you would get. We ourselves did not ask.
That being said, we do know someone else - not us - that did ask and they did get what they were asking for.
There are very subtle differences between the four guardian's, which you will come to notice over time but it is not explicitly important to know because, upon requesting your desires, the guardian that specializes in the type of request you are wanting to be fulfilled will be the one that appears before you. That being said, it is also important to mention that even though these guardians were created from dark rituals, they are entirely made up of dual magic. Their aura is not dark and they cannot bring harm to you because you have the piece, they acknowledge you as their Master.
This ring shows the form that one of these creatures can take. We do believe that the ring and the creatures mouth - lion, leopard, we are not sure - we do believe in the ring itself that they are diamonds but they have not been tested. We do believe that the ring, which has been tested and is 14kp, which means it is solid 14K gold - it is not mixed with any other non-precious metals. It is serious gold. It is likely that it needed to be made that way to contain these guardians as, with other cases, the items required the material to be resilient; gold.
