Blaylock

Initiation pieces are often the most powerful items that we come across. This piece is a solid testament to this fact. The ring was created as an initiation piece into a secret society that goes by the simple name Blaylock. There is no "order of" or "society" in its name. It is simply called Blaylock. I know that this is kind of strange, but the group is super secretive. In fact, we would never have had the opportunity to acquire this piece if it weren't for Tomer. He's part of Blaylock and he put us onto this piece. We got the piece fair and square, but it took a few years of convincing the council that we were legit. It was pretty rigorous, but it is well worth it because some of the most powerful vampires are part of Blaylock. It is not a huge society, but the people that are members count. For instance, Vlad Tepes, Elizabeth Bathory, St. Germain, Judas the Betrayer, and other very powerful entities are part of the society.

The name Blaylock is the name of the centric figure of the society. He is the most powerful and he is the one that creates the magic that the society uses. This is not to say that the other vampires can't go off and create their own-- and they do. It's just that Blaylock creates the most powerful kinds of magic, so that way they don't have to. It is then distributed throughout the clan via their initiation pieces that acquire the new power when Blaylock channels it out directly to the pieces. This ring is one of those initiation pieces. It is a ring that holds a single drop of Blaylock's blood. You will gain a direct connection to Blaylock when using this piece. This means you will receive random sanguine vampire powers when he creates them. These powers are completely random and are at his discretion. They differ greatly in what they can do and what they offer you, but they are all very powerful. Aside from this, you gain basic vampire awakening. This will give you the third eye opening that gives you all the standard vampire powers-- enchantment, hypnotizing, astral travel, superspeed, superstrength, superagility, the ability to control another's mind, the ability to bilocate, hypersexual energy and powers, etc. You get all the stuff that vampires get when they become vampires. In addition to this, you will gain a connection to all the other vampires in Blaylock, including Vlad, Bathory, Tomer, and all the other ones. You can call upon them at any time and they will appear to you in spiritual form to help you with whatever you may need help with-- advancing in your trade, casting spells, creating magic, etc. It is a very powerful ability to have.
