There have been many theories behind the existence of CERN and exactly what it is they are working on.  In English, CERN stands for  European Organization for Nuclear Research.  If you want to know what it means in French, you can look it up online.  EIther way, CERN is a group of European nations who have come together to do nuclear research and skepticism seems to pretty high.  Some say they are trying to open up a gate to Hell.  Some say they are trying to summon God himself.  Still others insist that they are trying to create a black hole that will suck Earth through and to a new location.   I can neither prove nor disprove any of those theories.  What I can tell you is that this piece is proof that they have been working on something.  It is developing their understanding and ability to travel to and from a place called Dimension 64.  

Dimension 64 is an extraterrestrial dimension.  Scientists have no idea where it is truly located, but they have been there dozens of times.  The dimension is a completely subliminal dimension, meaning that it is made up of nothing but the thoughts of its inhabitants.  There is no real structure there and there is no real matter.  It is just people is spiritual form.  Reality takes whatever form you want it to take because whatever you think becomes your reality.  If you think you're in an ocean then that is what you will experience.  If you think you are having sex, then that is what you will do.  If you think that you have the ability to exorcise demons then you do.  In subliminal realms, there is no wrong and there is no right.  There is only what is and what isn't and the person in charge of that is each individual.  The only time two people's realities can intermingle is when and if they mutually agree to allow this to happen and then they think it into existence.  It is the perfect way to live the life you've always wanted to live.  Of course, there are other beings in Dimensions 64, but they didn't know human scientists had landed there because they were to buy "living" the lives they had thought out for themselves, giving themselves powers, etc. 

This piece is one that was developed by CERN and allows the person who wears it to visit Dimension 64.  It will keep your physical body tethered to Earth while you meditate and allow your mind to wander Dimensions 64, where you will be able to live out your own realities and fantasies.  You can literally be anything or whoever you want.  The best thing is that if you give yourself powers or abilities in Dimension 64 and them imagine them being store to the piece, they will also be waiting for you when you return to your physical body!
