This is a bracelet that was worn by one of the projects who was experimented on at Montauk. She has undergone monstrosities that you couldn't even wrap your mind around. She somehow managed to escape and when he did she found us right away and gave us this piece. She told us that since the bracelet is copper it has absorbed the energies that abilities that she was given during her experiments.
