What many don't know is the man who built the Eiffel Tower, Gustave Eiffel, was deep into the occult. In fact, I'd wager to say that his love for magic far outweighed that of his love for architecture. This is why he built the Eiffel Tower in the first place. It was strategically designed to interact with celestial events that occur during the year, to serve as a point of energetic magnification. This is why at the very top of the tower, he built himself an apartment. He was the only person who had access to this apartment, up to a brief time ago when they began opening the apartment up to tourists.
To this day, the French authorities don't even know the whole purpose of the apartment that Gustave designed for himself. It is a recharging point. Sitting in the room recharges any powers that you have by up to 1000x. He built this room for himself, in order to not only recharge himself but a collection of magically charged relics that he had acquired during his travels. I know this to be true because I have been there on investigation myself. You can think this room kind of like the connectivity house (which is no longer open to the public), except atop one o the most famous pieces of architecture in the world.
This piece has been to the apartment in the Eiffel Tower and has acquired its recharging abilities. By wearing this piece, you will recharge any powers or abilities you have, magnifying them by up to 1000x. You can also use this piece to do the same thing for your items. Just make sure they are touching and leave them alone for a few days for the energies in this piece to recharged the magic in your others.
