This piece was created by the hands and using the magic of a contemporary sorcerer who holds the bloodline of Caterina de Medici. Caterina, also known as Catherine, is the daughter of Lorenzo II de Medici and Madeleine de La Tour d'Auvergne. She was an Italian noblewoman and was the queen of France from 1547 until 1559 by way of her marriage to King Henry II. She was the other of Francis II, Charles IV, and Henry III. She had an extensive network of connections of varying influence, not only in the world of politics but also in the circles of the occult.
Caterina was very much involved in magic, but it seemed as though her favorite kind of magic was Jewish Kabbalah.
